Fill up the required information in the Application Form.
Please note that only original copy of the Application Form must be
filled up as DFM no longer authorizes applications in photocopies.

Submit the completed and signed form attaching the following
requirements:
For Individuals:
a. Copy of Valid Passport.
b. Copy of
National Identity Card (For UAE Nationals only)
For Companies:
a. Copy of Memorandum of
Association
b. Copy of the attested Letter Authorizing the
Signatories
c. Copy of valid Trade License
d. Copy of valid
Commercial Registration
e. Copy of valid Power of Attorney (for
Proxy)
For Establishments:
a. Copy of valid Trade License
b.
Copy of valid Commercial Registration
c. A letter from the
Investor (Owner) specifying type of account, personal or
corporate.
After successfully processing the application, the
customer will receive by email the username and password to
access on-line trading via our web site.
It is important to note that prior to opening an account with
us, the customer must have an Investor Account Number which may
be obtained by filling up and processing the “Investor Data
Entry Application” Form available on-line at www.dfm.ae.
