International Financial Advisors - KSC (Closed) ("the parent company") is a Kuwaiti closed shareholding company incorporated on 31 January 1974 under the Commercial Companies Law No. 15 of 1960 and amendments thereto. The parent company is regulated by the Central Bank of Kuwait as an investment company.
The parent company is principally engaged in providing financial advisory services, trading in local and international securities, borrowing, lending, issuing guarantees, managing investment funds and portfolio management and trading in future contracts.
The company has been achieving very positive results, thanks to the precise planning and effective strategy drawn by its Board of Directors since the company was taken over in May 2002. This is a two-pronged strategy. The first is in real estate investments in hotels and resorts worldwide. The second is in management of assets, funds, portfolios and direct investments, the provision of financial consultancy services, borrowing, lending, issuing guarantees and dealing in futures.
The company is one of the first companies to provide e-trading services for remote dealers in the
Kuwaiti market. This service is accessible via its website

The parent company is currently listed in three stock exchanges; namely, Kuwait
Stock Exchange, Dubai Financial Market and Johannesburg Financial Market - South Africa. Its management seeks to expand in new world markets.
